Information
We do our best efforts to fulfil orders as soon as you place them. All orders are processed on first come first serve basis.
In case of incomplete address our team may contact you for address updating. Upon verification, your order will be shipped by best available courier.
In most cases orders are shipped within 1–2 business days.
Our business days are Monday to Saturday from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
For most serviceable pin codes, we try to deliver within 3 to 7 days.
But in case of unforeseen circumstances like:
- weather
- strikes
- natural disaster
- remote locations
- stocking issues
- logistic issues
- or any other operational issues
It may take longer time. However you will be able to track your package using a unique tracking link that we will email/SMS you after your order is sent to our courier partner.

All online orders and purchases are treated as B2C sale only. We do not provide individual GST invoice for any B2C purchase.
Any dispatched or delivered prepaid order will not be cancelled for reason of GST bill.
If you are purchasing from us for reselling purpose or for your business, and if you want ITC credit for the same, eligible B2B purchase must fulfil below conditions:
- B2B single purchase must be at least Rs. 10,000/-
- Any single order amount below 10,000/- will be considered as B2C only
If you are eligible for B2B purchase with above mentioned conditions:
You need to inform us while making order, and put your GST number in note. If you forgot to mention note while making order you can mail us at shesjewels@gmail.com with below details:
- order id
- mobile number
- GST Number
- Registered Business Name
Mail us before your order is dispatched or delivered. If you forgot to inform us about GST credit we will not be able to provide you credit after the running month, and we are not responsible to provide you ITC credit for your order.
As we already paid GST for all orders, any post request cannot be fulfilled after our GST submission.
Things to Remember
Package Safety & Video Proof
Always open the package while recording a full video.
- Show the entire package properly from all sides.
- Show the AWB (tracking) number clearly in the video.
- Cut open the package in front of the camera.
- Check that the product received is correct and undamaged.
If everything is correct, you may delete the video later — but keep it saved until you verify the order is complete.
This video is mandatory in case of wrong item received, missing product, or courier fraud.
Make this a habit for all online deliveries. It is for your safety. 🙂
Delivery Marked as Delivered but Package Not Received
If you receive a delivery confirmation message (SMS / email) but the package has not been received:
- Please inform us within 12 hours from the time of the delivery message.
- You must raise the dispute within 12 hours by emailing us with the delivery SMS screenshot, order ID, and your registered mobile number.
- Any claim filed after 12 hours will not be accepted.
This rule exists because courier companies only allow us to raise missing delivery tickets within a limited time window.
