How do I cancel an order on shes Jewels?
If you cancel your order before the product has been shipped:
- Prepaid Orders: Payment gateway charges (minimum 3.5%) will be deducted. Remaining amount will be refunded to your original payment source. No full refund is provided in this case.
- COD Orders: No refund applies since no payment was made.
If your order has been shipped but not yet delivered:
- Contact Customer Support and request cancellation.
- Once the package returns back to us, we will refund the amount after deducting:
- Payment gateway charges
- Shipping cost
If the order has already been delivered:
- Cancellation is not possible once product is delivered.
- You will only be eligible for a replacement in case of damaged, defective, or wrong product.
- Refer to our 1-Day Replacement Policy for details.
Return / Replacement Policy
- We do not accept Return / Refund for any product.
- In case of wrong or damaged product, we offer a 1-Day Replacement Policy (must be claimed within 24 hours of delivery).
- Wrong item received: If the product delivered is different from what you ordered, we will replace it (refund is not given).
- Damaged item received: If the product arrives broken, defective, or physically damaged.
- Change of mind / Personal preference / Quality opinion — We do not accept returns for personal preference reasons.
- Size issue: Size chart is already provided (+/- 10% variation allowed). Replacement is not accepted for size-related issues.
- Handmade variations: Minor pattern or design variation due to handcrafted process is not considered a defect.
- Design / pattern variation is not eligible for return or replacement.
- Damaged jewelry: Physical damage to product, box, or packaging.
- Washed / cleaned jewelry
- Altered or modified jewelry
- Missing items: Return without original box, tag, bill, or accessories.
- Unreadable / missing serial number
Note: A full unboxing video is required (recorded before opening the package and showing the issue clearly). Without video proof, we cannot approve the claim.
- Contact customer support within 24 hours of delivery.
- Product must be returned in original packaging with tags, bill, box, and certificates.
- Return courier shipping cost has to be paid by the buyer.
- Replacement shipping cost may apply depending on the case.
Important Note
A clear unboxing video is mandatory to claim replacement. It must start before opening the package and end after showing the issue clearly. Without video proof, we cannot accept any claim.
Procedure to Return a Product
You must inform us about damages, defects, or wrong item within 1 day of delivery.
To request a return, email us at shesjewels@gmail.com or contact our customer care (printed on courier box) with the following details:
- Order ID
- Full Name
- Registered Mobile Number
- City
- Item Name
- Issue Description
Once we receive your request, our customer support team will verify the case and guide you with the next steps.
If the issue falls under our valid replacement/refund policy, you will receive instructions for returning the product.
Prepare the return package with all original contents:
- Product with original packaging & label
- Product box
- Certificates (if any)
- Any other item shipped inside the parcel

- We do NOT provide reverse pickup. You must courier the product back to us.
- For damaged product returns, shipping reimbursement up to ₹100 will be provided only if the returned item passes Quality Check.
- After the returned product reaches our warehouse and passes QC, a replacement item will be shipped (NO REFUND unless approved case-wise).
Once we receive the returned shipment, our QC (Quality Check) team will inspect the product.
- If QC is passed → Replacement item will be dispatched within 1 working day (delivery 3-7 days).
- If refund is approved → Refund will be processed within 2 working days (bank settlement time may vary).
Important Conditions:
- Replacement will only be shipped AFTER we receive & verify the returned item.
- If product is found used, damaged, or intentionally altered → No replacement will be issued.
- If QC fails, the item will be returned back to customer after receiving return shipping charges within 3 working days.
- If return shipping is not paid within 3 days → Product will be destroyed and no refund/replacement will be issued.
Received message of delivery confirmation but not received package?
If the package is marked as Delivered but you have not received it:
- Please inform us within 12 hours of receiving the delivery message.
- Raise a dispute by emailing us with:
- Screenshot of delivery SMS
- Your order ID
- Your registered mobile number
- Any claim made after 12 hours will not be accepted.
